2015 has been especially memorable for us here at PropSpace. We delivered new enhancements that not only improved the way you do business but set new benchmarks for the real estate industry in the UAE and MENA region.Here’s a quick trip down memory lane as we take a look at some of the fresh features and key milestones for 2015:

GOING GLOBAL

From a homegrown passion project to entering new markets in the region and further afield, this was the year that PropSpace made its mark across the Middle East – launching in Bahrain, Jordan, Lebanon, Oman, Qatar and Saudi Arabia – and in some of the world’s most dynamic real estate markets, including the UK and the USA. More exciting international developments are underway for 2016 so watch this space!

TRANSFORMING AN INDUSTRY

Earlier this year, we launched the region’s first private Multiple Listing Service through PropSpace. A landmark move, we are proud to have pioneered this service in the region, contributing to combined efforts for transparency and efficiency in the MENA real estate sector.

More recently, we also released the Arabic version of PropSpace, possibly making it the world’s first cloud-based full-feature enterprise software for the real estate sector in Arabic!
