Yes - all users are entitled to a free demo and a full on-site consultation with one of our account management team members before signing up. We wouldn't want people buying the software without having seen it first hand.

No - PropSpace is an off-the-shelf software as a service (SaaS) and you can start using it right away. It is very easy to use and after signing-up you can start using the software right away. Customization requests will be done separately such as website customizations but you can start using PropSpace right away without the need for any training.

We do provide online and on-site (paid) training as well as one complimentary training session for your company at PropSpace HQ in Dubai. You can purchase additional licenses at any time and you will be billed accordingly on a pro-rata basis. Similarly you can reduce the number of licenses any time and a credit note will be issued to you accordingly.
