New SMS Pricing

We are delighted to inform you that we have been working closely with our SMS gateway providers and have negotiated new lower SMS rates that we can now offer to all PropSpace users.

The new pricing going forwards from today for UAE SMS is as follows:

AED 0.08 (8 fils) per SMS *

Make the most out of the PropSpace SMS features across the platform from transactional SMS notifications to your clients, to bulk project SMS marketing.

Here are some examples of how you can use the SMS feature in PropSpace:

Automatically send a confirmatory SMS to your clients when a lead is entered into PropSpace.
Send an SMS reminder to your clients 30 mins before a viewing appointment.
Automatically SMS your agents when they receive a lead from any portal.
Notify your landlords of offers made on their properties via SMS.
Bulk SMS to your database for special offers or events (e.g. Open House today on Palm Jumeirah!)
