Migrating to a new real estate CRM in the UAE takes around two weeks and follows a guided process: you sign up, your Customer Success Manager runs the migration, you verify the imported data, and you go live. PropSpace imports your listings, contacts, leads and deals for you, connects your portals, and sequences the cutover. There are no setup or implementation fees.

How long does a real estate CRM migration take?

A typical migration takes around two weeks end to end. The data import itself takes approximately 14 working days from receipt of your completed templates, which covers reviewing, mapping and importing your data. Verification is then paced by your team, and portal connections add three to five business days depending on each portal's approval process.

What are the stages of a CRM migration?

A PropSpace migration has five stages: import, verify, agent setup, portal connection, and go-live. Your CSM coordinates each stage. Your data is imported first, you verify and approve it, agent identities are matched to their portal accounts, your portal feeds are connected, and then you go live and run everything from PropSpace.

What data transfers when you switch CRM?

Listings, contacts, leads, deals and listing media transfer via pre-formatted templates. Contacts include landlords, sellers, buyers and tenants. Property management data is migrated through a separate setup process rather than the standard brokerage templates. Deep historical activity beyond the recent lead window may not transfer, depending on what your current system can export - your CSM confirms the exact scope before the migration begins.

Do your Property Finder leads transfer to the new CRM?

Yes. On Property Finder, your live listings and up to the last 90 days of leads are imported directly, so you begin with a working pipeline. On other UAE portals, leads begin flowing into PropSpace once your new feed goes live; your existing leads remain visible in those portals' own dashboards in the meantime, so none are lost.

How much does a CRM migration cost?

PropSpace charges no setup or implementation fees. Template-based data import is included as part of onboarding, and there is a free 7-day trial. Ongoing subscription pricing is AED 176 per user per month for the Brokerage CRM and AED 11 per unit per month for Property Management, with a minimum monthly invoice of AED 500.

What is the most common CRM migration mistake?

The most common technical issue is agent identity mismatch. Each agent who publishes listings must have CRM details - username, email, mobile number and BRN - that exactly match their portal account, otherwise publishing fails. PropSpace flags any mismatches before you connect, so they are resolved before go-live.

What do you need to prepare before migrating?

Two things make a migration fast. First, a clean export from your current system - listings, contacts, leads, deals, media and user records, de-duplicated and correctly assigned. Second, agent details that match each portal account. Your CSM guides you through both.

Who is responsible during a CRM migration?

PropSpace imports your data, connects Property Finder via direct API, provides your other portal feeds, and coordinates the cutover through your CSM. Your team provides a clean export, verifies and approves the imported data, and confirms go-live. PropSpace validates the structure of the import; only your team can confirm that assignments, ownership and historical records are correct.

What happens to your portals during migration?

Once connected, PropSpace becomes your single source of truth and you publish to all portals from one place. Property Finder connects in real time via direct API. More than 80 other UAE and international portals connect via feed. Because portals accept one feed at a time, your new PropSpace feed replaces the previous connection automatically. Your portal accounts remain yours throughout.

Can you migrate property management data to PropSpace?

Yes. Property management data follows its own guided migration and setup process, separate from the brokerage import templates. PropSpace runs both a Brokerage CRM and Property Management on one platform, so sales and property management operate from the same system after go-live.

What happens after you go live?

After go-live, you run everything - leads, listings, deals and marketing - from PropSpace as your single source of truth. Your records remain yours and can be exported to Excel at any time. Your CSM stays available through the first weeks after go-live.
