In today’s customer-centric world, knowing as much information about your customers is critical to providing the best service possible.
That’s why we have launched a brand new screen – Contact 360 – accessible from all parts of PropSpace where you see in one centralized place all the relevant details about your customers.
This is phase one of our new approach to contact management. In upcoming releases we will be building on this initial version to include activity timelines, fully centralized notes and further functionality to facilitate easier communication with customers.
