PropSpace Releases Region’s First Arabic Real Estate Software

Launch of the Arabic Version of PropSpace is a Major Milestone Towards Promoting Software Utilization within MENA’s Real Estate Industry

Commenting on the launch, Alex Nicholas–Founding Partner of JRD Group, the parent company at the helm of PropSpace–noted: “The release of PropSpace’s Arabic version reflects our clear and constant commitment to pursuing innovation and using technology to tangibly transform the real estate sector. Arabic is the official language of over 25 countries, representing nearly 400 million speakers. Developed in 2011 by technology enterprise JRD Group, PropSpace proves the most popular industry enterprise software in the U.A.E., with over 95 percent of the nation’s real estate brokerages utilizing the cloud-based system. PropSpace International Debuts in London

September is shaping up to be quite a month to remember! While our team in Dubai looked after the Cityscape stand, some of us travelled halfway across the world gearing up for our launch in one of the world’s most dynamic property markets: London.

As a main sponsor for the Landlord and Lettings Show–one of the UK’s longest running and most reputed shows for landlords, estate agents and lettings agents–we had several high-impact conversations with established landlords, agents and developers in London.

The weather may have been cooler but cloud-based software is the hottest topic in property circles in the UK. The new PropSpace International boasts superior functionality including an enhanced user interface, improved interactivity and brand new features such as valuation reports, sticky notes and much, much more.
