New Settings to Manage your Leads

We are pleased to introduce some additional settings in PropSpace for managing your leads through the concept of “roles”. You can now set up, on a granular level, what each user can see and do on the Leads Screen. This is a simple yet powerful solution that allows each company to setup PropSpace permissions as per their exact needs.

Lead Imports

PropSpace can automatically import all email leads that you receive from your own website and all the major property portals in the UAE? Directly import all your email leads from Propertyfinder, JustProperty, Dubizzle, Bayut and your own website straight into the Leads Screen.

This feature is unique to the market and means that you are less likely to ever miss out on a lead and are more likely to reply quickly to your customers, impress and convert them!

Lead Rotation

Lead Rotation allows for new leads to be assigned to agents on a fair rotation system. For both manually-entered and auto-imported leads, the lead rotation system will suggest the next eligible agent in the queue.

Lead Pool

Lead Pool is a section of open leads that can be picked up by any agent to work on. Admins can push leads to the lead pool. This is particularly useful for leads that have not yet converted or are older leads that need to be reactivated.

Lead Automation

This is a very powerful feature that can be used in multiple ways to help you close more leads. For example, a reminder can be set up on open leads that have not been contacted for 2 days and this reminder can be sent to either the agent or the agent’s manager.

Or, as another example, managers may want to be notified instantly of any leads received for high-value properties (e.g. over AED 10,000,000) so they can follow up accordingly to give the best possible service to that high-value client.
